These Terms apply to Simfys website plans and add-ons for India customers.
1) Service overview
Simfys provides a managed website service. You receive a hosted website and ongoing maintenance according to your plan.
2) Plans, billing and renewals
- Monthly plan includes 1 tweak per month.
- Yearly plan includes 2 tweaks per month.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
- Applicable taxes and payment fees (if any) are shown at checkout.
3) Domain and content
- You purchase and own the domain.
- You confirm you have rights to all content you provide (text, images, logos).
- Unlawful, infringing, or harmful content is not allowed.
4) Delivery timelines
Typical delivery is 24–48 hours after we receive complete content and requirements. Delays in inputs may extend timelines.
5) Tweaks and scope
Tweaks cover small content edits (text updates, image swaps, minor layout adjustments). New features, large redesigns, or multi‑page expansions may be billed separately.
6) Cancellations and refunds
Cancel anytime before renewal. Service continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for an active billing period.
7) Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee business outcomes (rankings, leads, sales). Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service period giving rise to the claim.
